Who I support

I offer a compassionate and non-judgemental space to explore your challenges and curiosities, and help you find a way forward with intention, clarity and confidence.

Please note, I do not provide crisis support. If you have immediate safety concerns, please contact emergency services or reach out to Lifeline (13 11 14).

I work with adults and young adults (aged 16+) to provide practical tools for immediate relief, alongside deep therapeutic work for long-lasting change.

Most people who find their way to me arrive facing one or more of the following challenges. Due to the holistic nature of my approach, we rarely stay in one place. Instead, our work naturally extends across other interconnected areas of your life.

Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing

Navigating trauma, stress and anxiety (including panic attacks and OCD), overwhelm and burnout, low mood, or feeling stuck in repetitive patterns.

We work together to make sense of your experiences and connect with your internal sense of safety, build self-worth and genuine self-trust, and bring you into alignment with your values.

Physical Health & Diagnosis

Facing a new diagnosis, chronic pain, injury, or long-term illness.

We explore the grief, fear, and identity shifts that accompany physical health challenges, honouring the connection between your mind and body.

Caregiver & Family Support

Holding the emotional and practical pieces for a family member is deeply demanding, whether you are currently caring for your child, partner or elderly parent, or healing from the emotional impact of a family member's physical or mental health struggles.

This is an opportunity to support your health and wellbeing, establish boundaries, and process the impact of caregiving.

Major Life Transitions

Stepping into adulthood, transitioning into motherhood, navigating relationship conflict or divorce, or changing careers.

These experiences often act as catalysts, inviting you to explore who you want to be and how you want to live, reconnecting you to a sense of purpose.

Wherever you choose to start is the right place. Our work will naturally unfold, moving fluidly in a direction that is most meaningful to you.

If you have any questions, or would like to see if we are the right fit for each other, contact me to arrange a free introductory video call.

Once you start paying attention to your truth, it’s very difficult to go back.

“I walk down the street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I fall in.
I am lost... I am helpless.
It isn't my fault.
It takes forever to find a way out.

I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I pretend I don't see it.
I fall in again.
I can't believe I am in the same place.
But, it isn't my fault.
It still takes me a long time to get out.

I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I see it is there.
I still fall in. It's a habit.
My eyes are open.
I know where I am.
It is my fault. I get out immediately.

I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I walk around it.

I walk down another street.”
