A little bit about my story...
“That’s it!” I thought to myself, “I’ve lost my intuition. I just need to get it back, and then I’ll know what to do.”
This was my aha moment, or so I thought.
At the time, I was stuck in indecision and keeping busy through avoidance, cycling through corporate jobs, hoping the next job would be better, feeling stuck in an unhappy marriage, hoping things would improve. I had ticked all the boxes: dream job (tick), married (tick), child (tick)...
But I was craving something more. If only my intuition could guide me…
Long story, short, there was nothing wrong with my intuition. My intuition was strong. I just wasn’t listening. Because change felt harder, and a lot scarier, than staying where I was.
A running injury (marathon: tick), forced me to reluctantly try yoga, which led to yoga teacher training, and inspired courses in meditation, Ayurveda, breathwork as well as a personal exploration of various other therapeutic modalities for personal development.
I could no longer ignore my intuition.
Learning to trust myself led to big changes in all areas of my life, ultimately allowing me to rebuild my life with intention.
